最近新聞在討論保健食品開封後乾燥劑能不能留，我才想起上個月幫老爸整理他的瓶瓶罐罐。他總是捨不得丟，說怕受潮，結果藥師朋友一聽就搖頭，說那包乾燥劑開封後反而會吸濕氣，變成加濕器。

老爸有在吃一些男性保健品，年紀大了總想維持體力。他聽鄰居說某牌很有效，就自己去買，結果吃了兩個禮拜說沒感覺，還擔心是不是買到假的。我一看包裝，連成分標示都模糊，才發現他根本不會挑。

後來我陪他去藥局，請藥師教我們怎麼看。藥師說關鍵有三點：一是看外包裝有無衛福部字號，二是認明原廠公司貨，三是別買來路不明的網路貨。藥師還說，像他這種需求，其實有更合適的選擇，但重點是來源要正。

那時我認真查了「老司機增硬」這個問題，才發現很多人跟我爸一樣亂買。藥師建議，與其買來路不明的產品，不如選有信譽的品牌，而且要注意服用時間和禁忌。現在老爸都會先問過藥師再買，也不再亂丟乾燥劑了。

總之，保健食品不是吃多就好，來源和保存都很重要。老爸現在固定回診，也學會看標示了，我總算放心一點。
