前陣子伴侶不知怎的，突然開始留意起男性保健品，說是想調整體力。起初我沒太在意，只提醒他別亂買，直到他拿回一罐來路不明的膠囊，我才警覺——這種東西可不能隨便吃。

那陣子他吃完總說胃不太舒服，我上網查才發現，很多保健食品空腹吃反而傷胃，尤其含特定成分的。他之前就是一早起床就吞，難怪效果沒感受到，先換來一肚子氣。

後來我陪他跑了好幾家實體藥局，想找藥師當面問清楚。藥師說，挑這類產品要看三點：成分標示是否完整、有沒有通過認證、以及保存方式對不對。像開封後乾燥劑該不該留，很多人搞錯，其實留著反而吸濕。

為了搞懂「丁丁藥局」這類正規通路怎麼選，我把幾家藥局的資料都翻了一遍，發現有藥師駐店的確實比較能問到細節。最後我們照著藥師建議，選了成分單純、有清楚標示的產品，也改成飯後吃。

現在他固定飯後服用，胃不舒服的問題沒再出現，精神也穩定一些。至少我不用再擔心他亂買來路不明的東西，這點讓我安心不少。
