在藥局工作多年，常看到客人站在貨架前猶豫，手裡握著手機，卻不知道該怎麼選。有次一位中年大哥跟我說，他試過網路推薦的產品，結果沒什麼感覺，還擔心傷身體。那一刻我意識到，很多人需要的不是更多選項，而是清楚的指引。

我自己也曾經因為工作壓力大，狀態不好，想找方法調整。那時候第一反應是上網查，但資訊太雜，有人說這個好，有人說那個有效，反而更亂。後來我發現，關鍵不是看品牌或廣告，而是看成份和來源。

真正讓我搞懂的，是請教一位資深藥師。他告訴我，挑選這類產品要看三件事：第一，是不是有明確的成份標示；第二，有沒有經過檢驗或認證；第三，劑量是否適合自己的狀況。他特別提醒，來路不明的東西千萬別碰，寧可多花點時間找正規管道。

那時我認真查了「男士壯陽藥」這個問題，才發現同樣是產品，品質差很多。有的成份標示不清，有的劑量過高，對身體負擔大。後來我學會先看包裝上的資訊，再問藥師建議，不再只看價格或廣告。

現在我遇到客人問，都會先問他們的身體狀況，再建議適合的選擇。其實只要找對來源，注意成份和劑量，就能少走很多冤枉路。希望大家都能謹慎挑選，保護自己。
