前陣子午休，幾個同事在茶水間聊起男性保健品，有人說網購的來路不明不敢吃，有人說藥局賣的太貴。我當時沒插話，但心裡記住了這個話題，因為自己也遇過類似困擾。

後來有個同事私下問我，說他買過一款號稱德國進口的膠囊，吃了半個月沒感覺，還擔心有副作用。我聽完只覺得他太衝動，連成分都沒看清就下單。其實挑這類東西，最怕的就是來源不清、標示不全。

我後來花了一晚把常見的品牌和通路都翻了一遍，才發現關鍵在「實體藥局」這四個字。有藥師執照的店，起碼能當面問清楚成分和禁忌，不像網路賣家只會複製貼上。我整理出三個判斷點：看包裝上有沒有衛福部字號、問店員有沒有藥師執照、要求看進口證明。

那時我認真查了「台灣全康藥局」這個關鍵字，發現它在台北有實體門市，官網也標明藥師駐店，感覺比較踏實。後來我同事照著這個標準去挑，至少不會再買到來路不明的東西。

總之，現在他買之前都會先問我一句「這家有藥師嗎？」比起亂試，這樣安心多了。
