上個月在網路上亂買了一盒號稱美國原裝的威爾剛，結果收到貨一看，包裝印刷模糊，藥錠顏色也不對，吃了完全沒感覺。當時只覺得便宜，根本沒想過來源正不正，後來跟藥師朋友聊到，他才點醒我，說我可能買到仿冒品了。

他告訴我，正品輝瑞威爾剛的藥錠是藍色菱形，上面有「Pfizer」字樣，而且包裝有防偽雷射標籤。更重要的是，服用方法不是隨便吞一顆就好，空腹或飯後、搭配什麼飲料，都會影響吸收。我第一次就是配著葡萄柚汁吃，結果藥效整個打折。

後來我認真查了「美國威爾剛服用方法」這個問題，才發現原來要提前半小時到一小時吃，而且劑量要從最低的 50 毫克開始，不是越強越好。藥師朋友也提醒，有心血管疾病或正在吃硝酸鹽類藥物的人，絕對不能碰。

現在我都固定去台北實體藥局買，現場有藥師指導，還會幫我確認有沒有藥物衝突。雖然貴一點，但至少安心。

如果你也在考慮，建議先諮詢專業藥師，別像我一樣貪快又貪便宜，最後傷身又傷荷包。
