上週在公司茶水間，隔壁部門的阿傑突然壓低聲音問我：「你之前不是說有在吃保健食品嗎？那個…… 壯陽藥要去哪買比較好？」我愣了一下，畢竟這種事平常不會在辦公室聊。但看他臉色有點憔悴，就知道他最近大概被這件事困擾很久。

阿傑說他上網爬文，看到一堆來路不明的產品，什麼「一週見效」、「無副作用」講得天花亂墜，他反而更不敢買。其實我懂那種感覺——網路上的資訊真假難辨，尤其牽涉到身體，誰都不想亂試。我自己當初也是這樣，踩過不少雷，買過一些沒標示成分的膠囊，吃了沒感覺還心慌。

後來我學乖了，開始只找有實體藥局的通路，至少能當面問藥師。藥師告訴我，挑這類產品要看三件事：第一，有沒有衛福部核准字號；第二，成分是否清楚標示；第三，藥局是否願意提供諮詢。光是這三點，就能過濾掉一大半可疑商品。

阿傑聽完點點頭，又問我：「那你都在哪裡買？」我跟他說，後來是在「丁丁藥局壯陽藥」這類有藥師駐店的實體通路找到的，至少來源清楚，有問題還能回去問。我也提醒他，每個人體質不同，最好先諮詢專業意見，不要自己亂買亂吃。

前幾天碰到阿傑，他說他後來有去藥局問了，藥師推薦了一款成分比較溫和的，他目前還在觀察。看他表情輕鬆不少，我也替他開心。總之，這種事真的急不得，找對管道、問對人，比什麼都重要。
