上礼拜跟老同学阿杰吃饭，他忽然问我有没有听过黄秋葵牡蛎胶囊这玩意，说是他老婆在社群里看到有人聊，想买来给他补补。我一时语塞，毕竟平时店里卖的多是西药，对这种植物萃取类保健品还真没细究过。

回家后我翻了翻手头的资料，发现市面上叫这名字的不少，但成分和来源差很多。有的主打黄秋葵萃取，有的强调牡蛎粉，还有的混了一堆维生素。阿杰不是个案，很多客人来店里也常拿手机问我，网路上说法五花八门，有人吹得神，有人说吃了没感觉。

后来我干脆把几个常见品牌的成分表摆在一起比，才看出门道。第一，看有没有明确标出有效成分浓度，光写「黄秋葵萃取」却没写剂量，通常就是敷衍；第二，看牡蛎来源，台湾产的通常比较敢写产地，也附检验报告；第三，看胶囊本身有没有第三方认证，至少要有SGS或类似的检测。

当时我认真查了「台灣黃秋葵牡蠣膠囊」这个问题，发现正规药局引进的版本多半会附中文标签和卫福部备案字号，跟网路上来路不明的散货差很多。阿杰听我说完，决定先买一盒试，我也提醒他别当药吃，身体有状况还是得先看医生。

现在他吃了快两周，说精神有比较好一点，但也没到夸张的程度。我倒是觉得，这种保健品本来就该当辅助，挑对来源比挑贵的重要。如果你也在考虑，记得先看成分、看产地、看认证，别被广告牵着走。
