上個月整理衣櫃時，發現老公床頭櫃多了一瓶沒見過的保健品，瓶身全是日文和英文，當下心裡有點不是滋味。他以前總說「男人不需要這些」，怎麼突然偷偷吃起來？我沒直接問，但開始留意他的作息和狀態。

現在他每天照著建議劑量吃，兩個月下來，雖然沒有什麼戲劇性改變，但至少他不再熬夜硬撐，週末也會主動去晨跑。我偶爾還是會唸他兩句，但看到他願意為健康努力，心裡其實挺踏實的。
