在藥局工作這些年，發現很多人對雙效產品既好奇又怕踩雷。最常被問到的是：到底該飯前還是飯後吃？其實依個人體質而定，但建議空腹吸收較穩定。另外也有顧客擔心副作用，其實只要按照建議劑量，多數人都能適應良好。
