Hi there, I’m Aman, Food & Beverage Manager at Visit Dhow Cruise Dubai for our “love boat new year cruise” events. I design the dinner or buffet menu, coordinate with kitchen and catering staff, and ensure meals and drinks are served on time and maintained well. I also manage special dietary requests and ensure service standards during the busy, festive evening.
